Senior Business Development Manager

Kyiv/Lviv, Ukraine

N-iX, as one of the market leaders, has a very strong and professional Sales team and processes. Due to the intense growth and transformation of the company, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and conquer new challenges.
You will join the team and handle High priority enterprise clients, manage the pre-sale process and deal closure. This is a great opportunity to work within a Wall-street-style team, build a 5-star clients portfolio, and benefit from a very lucrative reward system.
Position requirements:

  • Superior level of lead qualification and business needs understanding of the client.
  • Advanced level in sales process management, including internal and external stakeholders management
  • Advanced in sales documentation preparation, with availability to address customer need up to the point within predefined sales strategy and business model
  • Sales strategy development and implementation within a joint presales team
  • Advanced ability to present company from the perspective of expertise, portfolio and delivery capabilities
  • Advanced level of hard skills in IT sales (SDLC, Software Dev Methodologies, Technologies, PM practices etc)
  • Advanced level of soft skills in IT sales (emotional intelligence, prospecting, negotiations, sale closure, multitasking etc)
  • Must possess Superior knowledge in typical Services/Cooperation Models in IT industry, Billing Models, typical company's Terms and Conditions on which to setup cooperation with client
  • Superior communication skills, business correspondence and business ethics
  • Intermediate skills in deal qualification and business opportunity identification
  • Able to address direct client's request, yet with the help of superior to identify extra business opportunities and extra offering to client

Please note, we will consider candidates only with experience in IT outsourcing or Professional Services area

Qualification:
  • Min 5 years of experience of working as EM/Sales manager, SPM/Delivery manager, Tech/QA lead  directly involved in customer communication, qualification, business needs understanding
  • Must be advanced in business correspondence and live communication
  • Experience in Delivery projects is a plus (Management, Engineering, QA)
  • English level: advanced
