We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to strengthen our talent acquisition team. You will report to the VP of People Operations in this role. We are excited to find a true leader for driving the company's growth and maturity of the talent acquisition process.
Functions
Manage Strategy
Design Talent Acquisition strategy covering any worldwide location
Manage Team
Execute hire to retire activities (hire, onboard, manage performance, retain, etc.) as a team manager for Recruitment Leaders, Managers and make sure it is effectively done for their teams
Properly plan team size and structure according to existing and future demand
Set clear and specific both performance and developmental goals to subordinates
Manage both outcome and process aspects of team performance by making sure results are achieved in a timely and quality manner
Co-creating global training initiatives with HR CoE and executing team training initiatives to ensure a high competence level of the team
Manage Data
Cultivate the culture of data-driven decision making within the team and stakeholders
Be an expert user and requestor of data reports in PowerBI, ATS, the other tools as necessary
Make sure candidate data is managed in an excellent and timely way
Create proofing guidelines/reports on team and/or geography performance and abilities
Manage Stakeholders
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and organizations
Manage stakeholders expectations to achieve expected and real results with optimal CSAT
Tightly collaborate with hiring managers and staffing partners to understand the business goals, needs, constraints and be able to educate on recruitment abilities
Co-create HR Marketing agenda
Co-create HR Marketing agenda and content based on geography specifics including but not limited to:
Employer branding events
Digital marketing
External communication
Requirements
M.S./M.A. degree
3+ years in a managerial position and not less than 5 years total working experience in IT recruitment
A solid track record of building/facilitating a high-performing recruitment function
Upper-intermediate + level of English
Result-driven mindset, and critical thinking abilities
Ability to build systems
High degree of emotional intelligence
Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills
