Technology Office designs and executes industry-relevant inventions that allow organizations to realize exceptional business value from technology. We are looking for a Head of Market Intelligence department. As a Head of Market Intelligence department, you will be at the forefront of N-iX global expansion, working with multiple work streams and stakeholders. This is a tremendous opportunity to prove yourself and unlock the new growth frontiers for the company. 
  • ​Analyze company industry/business experience and capabilities 
  • Define N-iX capabilities based on reference industry models
  • Analyze global competitors 
  • Collect industry case studies and N-iX experience
  • Create capability visualizations: analytic reports, experience documentation, presentations, etc
  • Participate in consulting activities - presale, discovery, assessments    
  • Closely collaborate with business stakeholders: delivery directors, BA’s, engagement, partnership, solution group, etc
  • Define and articulate the business case for product features and functionality with the main goal of enhancing user satisfaction and driving adoption
  • Contribute to strategic planning and building roadmaps
  • Act in compliance with all Company Policies & Procedures
  • IT industry experience: 5+ years as Business Analyst or/and Market Analyst
  • Master’s degree
  • 1-3 years of corporate and/or professional services experience focused on finance, retail, telecom, healthcare
  • Experience in Agile methodologies: 2+ year
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis 
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
  • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
  • Ability to understand, analyze and interpret financial statements
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving; comfort with quantitative analysis and managerial accounting
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to understand the perspectives of varied stakeholder groups
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
  • Experience leading effective meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
  • Optional: PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
