Alliances & Partnerships Manager

We are looking for an Alliances & Partnerships Manager, that will work with our technology partners, such as AWS, Microsoft, GCP, and more niche ones as OpenText or SAP.
You will be communicating both externally - for building and managing relationships with a strategic partner, and internally - to align cross-functional teams - marketing, /engagement, engineering, and learning/certifications - to reach common partnering program objectives.


Functions:

  • Build strong and trusted relationships with N-iX partners
  • Increase N-iX brand awareness within partner ecosystem through marketing campaigns, partner events and relations with account managers
  • Maintain and expand relationships with strategic alliance executives and seeks to expand market penetration in the partner ecosystem
  • Promote technical and enablement opportunities with our alliances to support strategic growth objectives
  • Own operational alliance goals and tasks to ensure targets are reached, data and reporting are up to date and accurate both in partner systems and N-iX internal reporting
  • Register opportunities in partner portals, work closely with Delivery, Engagement and Client Partnership organisations to use partner benefits and incentives and track partner revenue
  • Coordinate with Technology Office, CoEs, Software Development Office, Solution Group 
  • Develop partner engagement activities such as marketing campaigns, alignment and customer engagement
  • Establishing performance standards, scorecards and data gathering required to evaluate and manage the performance of an alliance
  • Support other units within N-iX in developing any GTM strategy aligned to partners
 

Requirements:

  • Our ideal candidate will have first-hand experience working within the Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft partner ecosystems 
  • English spoken and written - advanced level.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to persuasively articulate company offerings and their business value to partners
  • Comfort in presenting at the leadership level
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Specialized knowledge - Experience within Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure partner ecosystems
  • Education - MA/MS degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience - 3+ years combined experience in partner management, technology , business development, and/or consulting services
  • Individual contributor who must be willing to roll up the sleeves and get things done
  • Proactiveness, ability to multitask
  • Ready for business trips if needed (up to 25% of the working time)
