SAP Lead

We are looking for an SAP expert to join our team in Poland to help build our local SAP practice. You will be part of a fast-growing team of professionals, where you can build your career both in technical and management directions. Besides technical responsibilities, you will participate in SAP competency management, business development, and engagement activities.

Responsibilities:
• SAP-based solution architecture/design
• Developing solution design documentation and technical specifications
• Managing SAP competence
• Support in business development and engagement activities
• Managing team of SAP consultants
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Defining staffing requirements
• Conducting technical interviews
• Knowledge of other platforms will be a significant advantage: salesforce, OpenText, Pega, etc

General Requirements:
• 10+ years of general IT background
• 5+ years of SAP-related experience
• Familiarity with the entire SAP ecosystem
• Practical experience with SAP methodologies
• English language skills upper intermediate or higher
• Strong communication skills
• Consulting experience
• SAP Certified Application Associate or equivalent 

Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency in ABAP
• Must have experience with Object Oriented Programming in ABAP
• Experience in HANA development: CDS Views, Calculation Views, AMDP is a plus
• Experience in Fiori, NetWeaver Gateway, OData Services is a plus
• Knowledge of a conventional software development technology (.NET, Java etc.) is a plus
• Understanding of cutting-edge trends in the IT
